These terms govern purchases made through cybexoutlet.de.

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

Stock levels shown are the quantities actually available. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.

Payment is due at checkout using the methods shown there.

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods.
