Returns & Refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise it, send a clear statement to support@cybexoutlet.de. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
